Over the course of my 9 month contract I helped shape and define the user experience for Morrisons online grocery shop.
Seen here are snapshots of how the site looked in May 2015 before I started, and how it looked as of Feb 2016.
Some of the improvements I helped implement:
• Working on a new homepage and user journey which has helped increase sales from £2.5m per week in May to on average £7m per week end 2015 and up to £9m over Christmas. Previously the homepage had no direct shop function.
The Morrisons site is built on an Ocado platform, so understanding what is technically feasible was key in order to deliver workable UX solutions.
